Blue Moon text free half pint voucher
  1. This promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only.
  2. Participants must be 18 years or over only. By participating in this Promotion you are confirming that you are 18 years or over and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. Proof of age may be required at the participating outlet where the free half pint is redeemed.
  3. This Promotion will run in the Greater London and Brighton areas only. See www.bluemoonbrewingcompany.co.uk for participating bar listings.
  4. Subject to suitable handset availability. Users must have access to the internet on their phone to participate. Data charges are the participants responsibility
  5. The Promotion: Participants must text 'bluemoon1, bluemoon2, bluemoon3, bluemoon4, bluemoon5 or bluemoon6 to 66644 to receive a text with instructions on how to claim one free half pint of Blue Moon. The text message will instruct participants to click on a link whereby they must nominate one (1) bar only to receive their half pint of Blue Moon voucher. Participants can review the outlets that are participating in the promotion and nominate a preferred outlet via one of three options; authorising a GPS search to identify the three (3) closest outlets or entering in their postcode or view all participating outlets. Once the outlet is nominated participants will only be able to view the voucher whilst connected to the internet. If you don.t own a smartphone and/or are unable to complete a request for the voucher via your mobile phone a link will be provided to visit bluemoonbrewingcompany.co.uk to request a voucher. You will be required to visit the website, enter in your personal details and nominate a bar to redeem your free half pint of Blue Moon. A paper voucher will be posted to your address. You will then be able to use this for the valid date.
  6. Participants will not be able to change their outlet nomination once selected.
  7. The online voucher must be shown at the bar of the chosen outlet to obtain one free half pint of Blue Moon. Show your Blue Moon message to bar staff at the chosen outlet before ordering. The bar staff will press the .redeem. button to confirm voucher validity so you can receive your free half pint of Blue Moon. Only one voucher per person.
  8. Mobile network operators charges will apply for your outgoing text to request your Blue Moon voucher. Please check with your network operator. You will not be charged by the Promoter for sending or receiving any text relating to this promotion. By texting .bluemoon1, bluemoon2, bluemoon3, bluemoon4 or bluemoon5 or bluemoon6 to 66644 you have the option to agree to be located via your phone and for your network operator to give the Promoter your location so that they can find your nearest participating bar(s) and notify them to you. We won.t share this information with anyone outside of Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd. and its professional partners in running this promotion
  9. The Promotion is open for redemption only during the Promotional period: 13/06/11 - 14/08/11 and while stocks last. Network service accuracy may vary. We cannot guarantee that location data on your closest (3) three participating bars will be accurate and the promoter does not accept liability for any inconvenience caused by inaccurate location data. This service is provided free of charge as a matter of convenience only, is subject to availability and is only for the purposes and duration of this Promotion.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any texts that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
  11. The Promoter cannot guarantee availability in participating bars when redeeming the offer. The offer is subject to availability of Blue Moon at participating bars.
  12. The voucher cannot be used for any other purpose The Promoter will not be liable for system failures at participating bars or for text entry. Neither will the Promoter be responsible for the failure of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion to fulfil their obligations.
  13. This promotion is not intended to promote the irresponsible consumption of alcohol in any way. Bar staff shall be entitled to refuse redemption of the vouchers at any time in order to achieve this objective.

  1. This voucher entitles the holder to one half pint of Blue Moon. The bar reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at its sole discretion. The participant can visit www.bluemoonbrewingcompany.co.uk for a full listing of participating bars in the Greater London and Brighton areas only.
  2. Voucher valid from 13/06/11 to 14/08/11 inclusive and while stocks last.
  3. Voucher holders must be 18 years or over only. By receiving this voucher and using this voucher you are confirming that you are 18 years or over and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
  4. Proof of age may be required at the participating bar where the voucher is tendered.
  5. Damaged, photocopied or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
  6. The Promoter cannot guarantee availability in participating bars when redeeming the voucher. The offer is subject to availability of Blue Moon at participating bars.
  7. The voucher cannot be used for any other purpose

  2. Purchase a pint of Blue Moon from the participating outlet on the day of the workshop to receive your admission voucher. Artists will be present, with all relevant equipment. No additional purchase is required once the admission voucher has been issued.
  3. Materials and workshop participation are subject to availability. Please check availability before purchase if you have any concerns, particularly about being able to participate.
  4. The promotion will run in participating outlets on selected dates and times. Check with the outlet for the dates that this promotion is running.
  5. Workshop places will be allotted on a first come first served basis until the end of the workshop or all materials have been exhausted or bar staff decree that the event is full
  6. Redemption of the token may be refused by the Promoter or the participating outlet at its sole discretion if it appears to be defective, tampered with, copied, forged or reconstructed.
  7. The decision of the Promoter and staff at the participating outlet in all matters relating to this promotion is final.
  8. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or alternative gifts are available.

  3. T-shirts, materials and designs are subject to availability. Please check availability before purchase if you have any concerns, particularly about being able to participate or create the design you would like.
  4. The promotion will run in participating outlets until stocks of the t-shirts or other materials are exhausted, and only on selected dates and times. Check with the outlet for the dates and times that this promotion is running.
  5. T-shirts are produced individually and designs, colours and sizes will vary.
  6. T-shirts will be given out on a first come first served basis. It may be that your preferred size or design is not available. Artists will not print on any other materials than those which are available under this promotion.
  7. You must not interfere with the artist or their equipment.
  8. Redemption of the token may be refused by the Promoter or the participating outlet at its sole discretion if it appears to be defective, tampered with, copied, forged or reconstructed.
  9. The decision of the Promoter and staff at the participating outlet in all matters relating to this promotion is final.

  3. This promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only.
  4. Voucher holders must be 18 years or over only. By receiving this voucher and using this voucher you are confirming that you are 18 years or over and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
  5. Proof of age will be required at the bar where the free two half pints of Blue Moon are redeemed and only at participating outlets only.
  6. Damaged, photocopied or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
  7. The Promoter cannot guarantee availability in participating bars when redeeming the voucher. The offer is subject to availability of Blue Moon at participating bars.
  8. No cash or other alternative offers are available. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  9. This promotion is not intended to promote the irresponsible consumption of alcohol in any way. Bar staff shall be entitled to refuse redemption of the vouchers at any time in order to achieve this objective. In particular bar staff entitled to verify that the 2 half pints are for 2 people.
